The party begins in the luminous décor of the Midi-Minuit bar. Conceived as a living space attuned to the rhythm of the day, the Bar comes alive around three key moments. Starting November 3, the evening takes on a new dimension with Raretés & Découvertes, a pop-up Wine bar envisioned as an ode to great vintages and refined emotions.

From Noon to Midnight

From lunchtime onward, the Bar invites guests to savor the cuisine of chefs Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder, with simple yet refined dishes such as Crispy bread as a pissaladière or Veal sweetbreads coated with almonds.

In the afternoon, the space transforms into an intimate lounge where drinks and homemade pastries are enjoyed beneath the Futur Déco chandeliers designed by Arik Levy, composed of ten tiers of crystal tiles, and the panels conceived by decorator Jean-Michel Frank.

The Wine Bar

From 7 p.m. onward, the Bar takes on a more emotional tone.
Driven by Bernard Neveu, Corporate Head Sommelier of Ducasse Paris, and Fabrice Langlois, Sommelier of Ducasse Baccarat, a pop-up wine bar comes to life on November 3, conceived as an ode to great vintages and refined emotions.

Rare wines served by the glass, discoveries from distinctive terroirs, and a cuisine designed for wine: sincere, clear, and without artifice.
A fleeting experience to be enjoyed at the counter or in the dining room, between passion and sharing.
