A brief visit to the 16th arrondissement of the capital, where the Jardin is preparing to close its successful first season: with its distinctive cuisine, it is a small Parisian haven of peace just steps from Square Thomas Jefferson.

Hôtel Particulier Baccarat

The Jardin: A secret terrace in the heart of Paris

As discreet as it is exclusive, the Jardin is the kind of adress one shares only with those who really matter. Nestled within the Hôtel Particulier Baccarat in the heart of Paris’s 16th arrondissement, the place is a small green oasis, sheltered by chestnut trees and adorned with fragrant rose bushes.

The Jardin is conceived and designed as a summer vegetable garden, following the principles of permaculture in support of biodiversity. Here, landscape designer Jérémie Attali has created a true cocoon for visitors seeking calm and serenity.

A summer menu imagined by Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder

A restaurant for sunny days, the Jardin offers a distincly summer menu, light and vibrant. The menu is imagined by a particular creative duo: Chefs Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder, who run the restaurant Ducasse Baccarat, located on the first floor of the hôtel particulier.

They envisioned the menu as a celebration of the seasons, highlighting exceptionally fresh ingredients. Lunch at the Jardin might include an artichoke croissant roll, blue lobster French toast with raw fennel, or a strawberry and marjoram tart. The menu evolves with the passing of time to always offer an authentic gastronomic experience that respects nature.

As the days grow shorter and summer gives way to autumn, it is time for the Jardin to close its doors: do not miss the chance to discover, or rediscover its seasonal menu one last time, until it reopens next spring.

Brunch at the Jardin

A gastronomic experience throughout the day

At every hour, the Jardin offers a unique atmosphere. It is the perfect place to enjoy a generous brunch, have a family lunch, or toast with friends over a delicious signature cocktail.

Here, one simply folows their cravings, wheter it’s a meat or grilled fish dish, a light starter, or a sweet treat. For a private dinner or exclusive event, the Orangerie, an intimate and light-filled space, welcomes guests beneath the flow of its Zenith Faunacrystopolis chandelier.

L'Orangerie

A unique visual and sensory experience

Booking a table at the Jardin means engaging all the senses. While the Zenith Faunacrystopolis chandelier casts its warm light over the Orangerie, the Bar impresses its Baccarat crystal rocks. Indoors as well, it is a pleasure to spend time with loved ones, sharing a sweat treat or savoring a cocktail.

The experience continues on the first floor with the Hinoki omakase pop-up at Ducasse Baccarat, running until October 5 at the Midi-Minuit bar. At the Jardin, the culinary experience is elevated by a stunning setting, an essential destination for a suspended moment between city and nature throughout the summer season.
