On April 14th, Ducasse Baccarat unveils a new facet of the venue with the opening of the Jardin. A confidential terrace, a refined bar, a hidden Orangerie, and a fresh, vibrant menu, like an ode to the return of sunny days.

A Light and spring-inspired cuisine

Conceived by Alain Ducasse, Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder, Le Jardin’s menu brings the spirit of spring to your plate: burrata with fava beans, peas and mint, raw seasonal vegetables, delicate grilled dishes, and fruity desserts served tableside. A cuisine that celebrates the season, the earth, and the joy of good living.

On Sundays and public holidays, rediscover the art of brunch through an exceptional culinary experience where fresh ingredients meet the creativity of our chefs: Soft-boiled egg with Baccarat rose, smoked trout, yellow chicken marinated in yogurt and smoked paprika… And of course, the beloved  classics: golden croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh baguettes…

To complement this symphony of flavors, enjoy cocktails crafted by Margot Lecarpentier.

An extraordinary garden

Jérémie Attali first envisioned this space as “a visual, olfactory, and gustatory experience, showcasing rare and delicious varieties,” giving it the feel of a summer vegetable garden — a living tribute to Alain Ducasse’s often-repeated mantra: “Before cuisine, there is nature.” This vegetable patch is surrounded by ornamental plants that define a true “green room.” A fragrant hedge of rosebushes adds a poetic touch, with a nod to Baccarat: all the roses are white — except for one red bloom, a tribute to the iconic red crystal drop that adorns every Baccarat chandelier.
From the front steps, a pathway leads to the back of the garden, where the soft murmur of a small water feature welcomes guests — a subtle homage to the classical French garden. Floating in the basin are ukidama, the delicate glass fishing floats once used by Japanese fishermen. At the opposite end of the garden, beyond the terrace, lies the Orangerie, built beneath an archway with a fully glazed façade that opens onto the garden. Jérémie has brought together a collection of citrus trees — yuzu and finger lime, Buddha’s hand, Rangoon mandarin — along with a few rare plants, such as a vanilla orchid.

L'orangerie - Ducasse Baccarat

An Intimate Orangerie

This unique space is an extension of the garden, a cozy, cocoon-like haven where nature flows in freely, somewhere between a winter garden and an open-air boudoir. It’s adorned in warm tones of orange, red, and yellow, evoking the vibrant hues of citrus fruits. The Zenith Faunacrystoplis chandelier dialogues with this green setting. This flamboyant creation by Jaime Hayon illuminates the Orangerie with shades of champagne, pink and mist crystal. In this private area, a special menu is available, including, for example, Pyrenean trout with spring vegetables in cream, ginger and coriander or Milk-fed lamb confit with mild spices and Mont d’Or apple.

A Refined Bar

The Bar, which opens directly onto the terrace, welcomes guests all day long. Its atmosphere is elevated by crystal rocks, specially crafted for the space and arranged like jewels along the wall.

Presiding over the room, a majestic Roi Soleil chandelier radiates its brilliance like a glowing sphere, bathing the Bar in a warm, sunlit aura.
